font-weight: normal;\"><b>Data portability right:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">You will have the right to have the Person in charge transmit your data to another Person in charge of the treatment or to the interested party, through a standard structured and mechanical reading format, when the treatment is carried out by automated means and is based on:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u2013 The consent of the interested party for specific purposes.<br \/>\u2013 The execution of a contract or pre-contract with the interested party.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Data portability right will not apply when:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u2013 Transmission is technically impossible.<br \/>\u2013 It could adversely affect the rights and freedoms of third parties.<br \/>\u2013 The treatment has a public interest objective based on the current legislation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ca-ES\" style=\"font-family: 'Lexend Deca'; font-weight: normal;\"><b>Processing limit right:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">The interested party will have the right to oppose the processing of their data carried out by the Person in charge for reasons related to their particular situation, when the processing is based on:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">\u2013 Direct marketing<br \/>\u2013 Profiling<br \/>\u2013 The legitimate interest of the Person in charge or third parties, as long as the interests or rights and freedoms of the person concerned do not prevail, especially if they are children.<br \/>\u2013 Historical, statistical or scientific research, unless the processing is necessary for public interest reasons.<br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">Even if the interested party is opposed to the processing of their data, the Person in charge may continue to process them as long as the legitimate interest of the Responsible prevails over the interests or rights and freedoms of the interested party in a judicial procedure that justifies it.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span lang=\"ca-ES\">The Responsible will have to inform the interested party of the right to oppose the processing of their data in an explicit, clear and separate way from any other information, at the time of the first communication.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ca-ES\" style=\"font-family: 'Lexend Deca';
